No photo of SpaceX's Chris Thompson is available anywhere on the web, because in addition to being their Vice President of Structures Engineering, he also appears to be the official man behind the camera, documenting the Falcon rockets he helps build. Check out this simple search if you don't believe me.

Elon Musk hired Thompson away from Boeing, where he had been in charge of building and testing a whole lot of rockets (the Delta II, III, and IV series, plus the Titan IV family). Maybe he joined the much smaller SpaceX so he could be more hands-on, with the retractable-pin friction stir welding system on the factory floor as well as with a camera.
