Odyssey Moon is a company currently participating as a team in the Google Lunar X-Prize. The company is currently developing a sustainable commercial transportation system to deliver payloads to the Moon. The goal of the company is to provide commercial lunar transportation systems that provide rapid scheduling and standardized systems, allowing for the company to eventually provide missions on a simple cost per kilogram basis, similar to several other NewSpace companies.

The company has signed several agreements with a variety of companies, as well as NASA. Odyssey Moon has signed an agreement with Paragon Space Development Corporation to grow the first Plant on the moon. In a unique spin on the traditional role of NewSpace companies, Odyssey Moon signed an agreement with NASA for the development of a robotic lunar lander, in effect 'hiring' NASA to design the lunar lander from NASA's Common Spacecraft Bus. Odyssey Moon is made up of two portions, Odyssey Moon Ventures LLC, a US based company, and Odyssey Moon Limited, a multi-national commercial lunar enterprise based in the Isle of Man.

Odyssey Moon was founded by Robert D. Richards.
